8:00–9:00 pm: Slow outdoor walk, sitting meditation, and reading on Mother Earth
9:30 pm: Noble silence until tomorrow after breakfast
Saturday, May 10
6:00–6:30 am: Wake up
6:30–7:00 am: Guided sitting meditation
7:15–8:15 am: Dharma talk
8:40–9:40 am: Breakfast (noble silence ends after breakfast)
10:00–10:30 am: Pack lunch and bags for hike
10:30 am–4:30 pm: Hike
4:30–5:15 pm: Rest and personal time
5:15–6:15 pm: Dharma sharing in groups
6:45–7:30 pm: Dinner
8:30–9:30 pm: Sitting meditation and reading on Mother Earth
9:30 pm: Noble silence until tomorrow after breakfast
Sunday, May 11
6:00–6:30 am: Wake up
6:30–7:15 am: Sitting meditation and reading on Mother Earth
7:40–8:40 am: Breakfast (noble silence ends after breakfast)
9:00–10:00 am: Pack up your luggage
10:00–11:00 am: Help clean up space
11:00 am–12:00 pm: Q&A with monastics (outside)
12:00–3:00 pm: Hike
3:00–4:00 pm: Closing circle
4:00 pm: Depart for home
