6:30–7:00 am: Guided sitting meditation
7:15–8:15 am: Dharma talk
8:30–9:30 am: Breakfast (noble silence ends after breakfast)
9:30 am: Pack lunch and bags for hike
10:00 am: Depart for hike
4:00 pm: Return from hike
4:00–5:00 pm: Rest and personal time
5:00–6:15 pm: Dharma sharing in groups
6:30–7:30 pm: Dinner
8:30–9:30 pm: Sitting meditation and indoor slow walking
9:30 pm: Noble silence until tomorrow after breakfast
