Wake Up Retreat at Mountain Lamp
2nd annual Wake Up Retreat will be held September, 11-14. For young adults (18-35ish). We hope to enjoy deep practice, inclusiveness, and a good dose of fun together. See the Mountain Lamp website for more information.
Day of Mindfulness – Aug 23
You are welcome to join the Wildrose Sangha for a day of mindfulness this Saturday, Aug 23.
The day will be held at David’s Cabin (about 1 hour drive SW of Calgary). Details and maps will be available at Sangha (Mon, Aug 18). You can also contact us via email/website if you are unable to make it to Sangha.
