The Wild Rose Sangha is a Zen Buddhist Mindfulness Community in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

A community cultivating compassion, awakening, and joy, practicing the mindfulness teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh.

Our current practice:

Online Sangha Practice: Mondays 7:00-8:15 pm MST

Online Morning Meditation: Monday-Friday 7:45-8:15am MST

Days Of Mindfulness : Quarterly, either in-person, online, or both. Announced via our list-serve and website.

Outdoor walking meditation: Once a month, in Calgary. Announced via our list-serve.

Yearly retreat: Announced via website.
