Wild Rose Sangha is a mindfulness community that practices in the Plum Village tradition of Engaged Buddhism. We are based in Calgary, Canada and offer practices both in-person and online.

A community cultivating compassion, awakening and joy, practicing the mindfulness teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village.

Ways We Practice

To join a practice listed below, please subscribe to our mailing list.

Morning Meditation: Online, Monday–Friday, 7:45–8:15 am MT.

Monday Evening: Online, 7:00–8:15 pm MT.

Wednesday Evening: In-person, Calgary Unitarians, 5:30–6:30 pm MT.

Rainbow Sangha: Online, third Sunday of the month, 7:00–8:00 pm MT. A safer practice space for those who are gender or sexually diverse. To join, email wildroserainbow@gmail.com.

Outdoor Walking Meditation: Weekends, Monthly. Calgary parks. Announced via email group.

Days of Mindfulness: Quarterly. In-person, online, or hybrid.

Residential Retreats: Calgary and area. Multi-day.
